About the New Logo

As Safe Space Sierra Leone has grown, so has our understanding of who we are and what we hope to build. We wanted a visual identity that reflects both our roots and our future.

The circular form represents safety, belonging, and community. The botanical elements symbolise growth, healing, resilience, and the possibility of transformation. The arrows, carried over from our original logo, honour where we started and remind us to keep moving forward with purpose.

The word SPEAK remains at the heart of our identity. It reflects our belief that every woman and girl deserves to be heard, believed, and empowered to tell her own story.

While our look has evolved, our mission remains unchanged:

Every woman and girl in Sierra Leone must be free from violence and discrimination.
